Position Overview

Are you a people person with a knack for connecting and a passion for helping others? As an Inside Sales Representative at Keen Care, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, helping clients understand the value of our software in supporting caregivers and aged care providers. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, client- focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Outreach: Initiate and manage sales calls to prospective clients in the aged care industry, focusing on how Keen Care’s software can enhance their operations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and showcasing the benefits of our product.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the features and advantages of our software, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Lead Management: Diligently track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using our CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to provide seamless support and exceptional customer experiences.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in Sales (inside sales or telesales preferred) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - both verbal and written; you’re comfortable talking to people at all levels and can clearly convey product value.
  • Empathy and Active Listening - you understand client needs and tailor solutions that make a difference.
  • Tech-Savvy - proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Passion for Aged Care and Caregiving - a plus if you have experience or interest in the aged care industry.
